Funny thing - now that I look at the seatstay end cap treatment, it looks as if there is no room for the small Cinelli stick-on logo just above the binder. Perhaps this might indeed be a Windsor.

wow... the de rosa looks a lot like Ray Dobbin's but obviously not as immaculate.
