I don't know weather this belongs here or clydes ,but I was on my way back from my around town loop I do every day and two 14-15 year olds came flying around the corner pedaling for everything their worth intending to blow by the fat guy on a bike I flipped my 1972 schwinn speedster in third and left them.... while maintaining about the same cadence I had been pedaling all along I guess blowing the doors off a fat guy on a dinosaur bike wasn't as easy as they thought it would be

From: An Island on the Coast of GA!

Bikes: Snazzy* Schwinns, Classy Cannondales & a Super Pro Aero Lotus (* Ed.)

As a big guy who rides Schwinns, this is exactly what I did one day a couple of summers ago on my '66 Collegiate. Made the guy on CF turn a little red in the face. Thanks for sharing the story.
