Bianchi Experts, I Need Your Help!
Good morning, all. Bianchi frame on my local CL. $140, negotiable. Early-, mid-80s? Seller says straight, uncrashed, no cracks or dents. Seat post stuck, though. I defer to the thoughts of those with greater knowledge. Which is everyone.

$140 is too high, particularly with the stuck seatpost. The decals are ca. 1982-83. The over-BB cable routing is interesting -- my 1981 has under-BB routing. The last time I checked eBay, the going rate for a complete Bianchi of this vintage and quality was just above $300. The Celeste color helps a bit.
What is the serial number? Also, is the BB shell 70mm wide, indicating Italian origin, rather than Japanese? (It looks Italian to me, but I cannot be sure from your pictures.)

Thanks, John. I haven't even seen it yet, and there was no information in the ad listing - which has since been taken down. I'm debating whether or not to even go over for a look at it. These pictures from the seller are all I have for the moment.
I'll be grateful, though, for anyone's help here in formulating questions I can pose the seller in a follow-up email. Serial number? BB size?
Anything else?
