Superbe Brake Adjuster

Does anyone have this part (adjuster) from a Suntour Superbe brake? I need two of them. Looking down on the hole, it is a semi circle so the round ones don't work. If anyone has a spare or two or an alternative please let me know.

Guy

Yellowjersey has 'em, $24 each.

Yep, I got an e-mail back from them. The $24.95 doesn't get you the Superbe part but rather a new Campy Chorus part.

So, anyone have any other ideas?

I need 4 of those for various brakes. The market for these must be pretty small, otherwise I'm sure someone could find a way to get a $0.25 version from China, and sell them at $10 a pair.

Did you get these brakes from someone in petaluma or at the sacramento bicycle kitchen bike swap a few months back?

Just wondering, as I sold someone a pair sans adjusters and promptly lost the address to send the adjusters to, which are sitting in my basement... I've gone back several times to see if he would be there again, but no dice...

Nope off a bike I bought in So Cal.

The search goes on.

The adjusters from all the sidepull brakes I have (Campagnolo, Suntour, even Shimano, believe it or not) all have the same flatted hole, groove, and apart from the length of the drilled bolt, they're interchangeable. Buy another cheap set of brakes. If you must have those ugly red-brown donuts, then I think that you may be able to find them among the silicone o-ring selection at McMaster-Carr.

I bought those bits, new Campy Chorus, from the LBS. $8.99 each, for the adjuster barrel and donut. Looks like this, with flat sided barrel:
