I haven't ridden one, but some friends who have them love them. Not usually recognized as collectible, so not real expensive compared to Masi, Cinelli, or DeRosa. Definitely a high-quality frame making shop.

I have a Rossin Super Record from around 1984. Marc Rossin was a fine builder, who I believe was the master builder for Colnago before he set out on his own. He also built Pogliaghi's after Sante retired, before Basso took over the name. My Rossin is one of my favorite bikes, it climbs like it has a motor in the bottom bracket. I think it is a very classy looking bike too. I alsmost sold mine last year, until I started riding it. I don't think I'll ever sell it now.
