Dawes Super Galaxy
Not so much a value question as much as a performance question.
Anyone have any experience with a Super Galaxy for touring? I'm going to look at an incomplete one tomorrow and it sounds like it might possibly help quench my thirst for a vintage tourer.
It's missing a seat, has some shifter issues apparently, but is equipped with an eclectic assortment of Campy grouppo. It will definitely be a "value is in the eyes of the beholder" deal, but it does seem to be a very low use frame from the description.

The Super Galaxy was a good touring bike. I don't know what equipment is on the one you are looking at but IIRC it was a full 531 frame so you would have a good base to start with.
