The early nineties Panasonic built Series Paramounts are nice bikes. The photo is too small to tell which model it is, but the Series 7 is the high end model and the Series 2 is the low end. If it's straight and in decent shape, it's probably worth the $175 asking price.

I bought a 92 Series 7 Paramount a few weeks ago off Craigslist for $180. My bike is a bit odd with 650c wheels - but it has full 600 Ultegra stuff and it is in really nice shape and fits me well. It is WAY nicer than the 89 Nishiki that it replaced in terms of components, build quality, weight, etc. Just go look at the bike, ride and and then decide what you are willing to pay for it.
