i dont know if this counts as vintage but i have a suntour sprint hub built with an alesa(sp?) rim
i basically want to know peoples feelings or opinions on the quality of this wheel

Can't tell you about the rim, but the hub is very nice. I have been riding a set laced to Mavic MA2s for over 20 years.
