My guess is that it is this 1983 PH10S. The link below shows the PH10S. Notice the slots in the crankset arms. The link shows the three bottom of the line bikes from that time with the P6 the bottom.

The price depends on the market, but does not seem unreasonable if it is in good rideable condition.

As mentioned by TR, price is all relevant to your market. Have people gotten much better deals? Yes. Have they gotten much worse deals? Yes.
Can you buy a 'new' bike as good as that for $150? NO.

Craigslist Houston seems to me more than a bit overpriced. This one may be on target, but most seem to be asking more than the bikes are worth. I'd start lower if looking at the bike and see if the seller will bite.

+1 Its a local market thing. If the bike is clean, it would go for that much around here.
