Need Solida Crank Help....

So I picked up a Motobecane Mirage a couple weeks ago. The paint is so so, the cranks/BB & headset are all good, the rims/hubs are good. The metal simplex derailers are in VG shape. So overall I'd say a good buy for $20.

The problem is I want to replace the outer chainring & make it a SS. I cant seem to find a solida compatible outer chain ring anywhere. Mine has the outer "chain guard" on it which is terribly rusty & I cant get it cleaned up.

Does anyone know where I can find a single outer chainring that will work?

I'd appreciate the help
