Nuovo Tipo hub Question
I am searching for a Rear Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo track hub. I have heard talk of them though i have never seen one. I know they arnt the most desierable of the Campy line up but i was hopeing someone could point me in the direction of one, even if it is a shell.

I don't think you will find one, and if its at auction, I think the winning bid will be outlandish.
I have seen some oddball Campagnolo hubs from time to time, never one of those.
If it exists, it will probably have the same shell shape as a road hub.

Yea i figured they would be impossible to find.
I would love to get my hands on one though, i know they are the cheaper hubs but i think they are better looking and with record internals just as smooth

I think you'd have better luck finding space aliens or the Loch Ness Monster. The only Nuovo Tipo rear hubs in the Campy catalogs are road hubs (small flange or large flange, solid spindle or QR).

Scooper was the first to shed the light but let me join the chorus, they do not exit. However, there may be older campy hub with circular cutouts which are technically not nuovo tipo but have step down threading for a lockring (i.e. track hubs but back then they were as much for road racing).
Also since i have tried it, you cannot put a record race in a tipo hub, the outer diameter of the record race is smaller so unless you add material to the hub and remachine it (pure insanity) you cannot do it and tipo bearings and cones were the same as record anyway (I think).

I'm also looking for a rear Nuovo Tipo. I've got a really nice front.

High-flange Nuovo Tipo hubs were standard on early '70s Gitane Tour de Frances. I used to see them on cheaper Atalas, too. I guess they're just not in circulation.

Like I said, road hubs are not hard to find. The the OP is talking about track hubs, though. Those are rare, if they even exist.
