Help me ID this Takara

I haven't found out much about this bike, but here is what I know. 1970s. Suntour V-GTluxe deraileurs, Dia-Comp center pull brakes, suicide levers, bar end shifters, quick release front hub. The V-GTluxe and the bar cons would lead me to believe it is a touring bike, but hard to tell from the pictures.

It is a mid-1970's Takara 732. It appears to be all original, right down to the reflectors! The serial number would be appreciated.
