Nishiki Prestige

Is this bike any good? Also for $240 is that a good deal?

I'm looking for a fixer-upper classic/vintage road bike.

Personally I think the prize is a bit high, but then I'm cheap I guess.

Id give a max of 150$.

That's kind of what I thought... I tried to offer $180 but got turned down.
