How do you like the SYNT brake pads?

A Lupa! Nice!

My friend just picked up a '87 Lupa, and it's absurdly fun to ride. Too small for me, but super fun.

Great looking bike. Just a question!! Is that bike too small for you? I can't help but notice that the stem is really high.

I agree that the bike looks a bit small for you.

Interesting mix, indeed. Very nice build.

Hope jjciiijs doesn't mind me taking the fun of naming the components from him, but for the record (just in case anyone gets curious when the thread gets bumped up in the archives), this is what I percieve:

Rally RD, first generation
Nuovo Record FD (post-CSPC)
Nuovo Gran Sport triple crankset
Victory brake levers
Super Record brake calipers
SR/NR hubs
Nuovo Record shifters

-Kurt

Now I know what I have. Except, the seat post is an American classic.

As for it being to small, well I go for 56's but could ride 58's. Ths one is 56

About the syn pads - I have not been on it enough yet to comment on the one syn pad i put on it.. Actually, i am having to get use to the changing of the gears. Not doing well at this time getting the rear gear i want .
