BellGiro replacement pads

I checked the forums and was a little bummed about the availability of replacement pads for my helmet(s). I decided to pull out the box my Bell Archera came in, called the toll-free number in Rantoul, IL.

One set of replacments is en route for my Alchera, and another for my 2002 Giro Torrent.

The phone was answered on the first ring after I hit option 4 (for consumers).

I offered to pay for each set, was told they were on the house.

Can't beat that service. Pass it on.

Robbie,

Thanks for the tip! I just called and replacement pads are on the way.
