Tubular rim size?
Hi,I've picked up a set of vintage tubular rims for my 10 speed.I was under the impession that all tubular rims were 700mill.These are Wolber Super Champions and measure 635 in diameter, wich seem small to me.Will these rims fit a 700mill tubular tire?

The standard is called 700c - which is different from other previous standards that were called 700a and 700b. The 700 does not refer to the size (this is a common misperception). Your rims should fit the tubular tires (which are also 700c - not 700mm).

Just to elaborate, standard size tubular rims have the same diameter as 700c clincher rims which have a bead seat diameter of 622mm.
