Bikes: 25 at last count. One day I'll make a list

I'm crying....

I had a accident a while ago and in my truck was my Fuji that fit me perfect....
Unfortunately damage was done to the bike.
Do you think it's fixable?

Yowch. That drive-side seat-stay looks completely borked. The wheel is an easy replacement, the seat-stay not so much.

"I know you wanted to loosen that stuck seatpost Sooner, but this is ridiculous!"

EDIT: IN your truck? Or on your truck?

Ouch are you ok? The bike can be fixed but it may cost more than the frame's worth.

Bikes: Mostly English - predominantly Raleighs

Tough break.

On the bright side - you've got a huge head start on components to build the next frame up.

+1 Remove the components and start searching for a replacement frame.

Oh Yeah! The bike was ON.
Actually I had a Uhaul trailer with bunches of stuff and relocated fron Houston to OK when My rear tire blew. The truck and trailer and me went flipping a coupla times. lost every thing as it all scattered on the road and was trashed by semis!!!
Lost three other bikes totally as well as all my vintage stereo stuff, speakers and a 62 Fender starburst. Not to mention various personals and the like. What a mess!!
I'll post more pics when I can. Luckily the other bikes were low dollars. My Miyata 1000 and the Raleigh were already home.

Bikes: like 15. my favorite a 1951 schwinn spitfire cruiser. also have a 1959 amf roadmaster, 1962 jch deluxe cruiser among others.

another +1 on parting out this one and working on your next frame. i am sorry for your loss and hope you are ok. obviously the rear wheel is toast and even if you could work the rear triangle of the frame to get it back in alignment, it will never truely be safe again. repair this one and nexttime you might not be so lucky. at least you got a lot of salvageable and reuseable parts for your next bike. good luck.

As you can see I'm a shortie and right sized frames of quality are hard to find but I will look and build.

Maybe finding another frame would be a good idea. You might be able to find a frame builder and have them simply replace both rear stays with an even lighter tubing and do a complete frame alignment. The cost would be substantial but its still going to be cheaper than a full custom if you don't mind having a powder coat done.

Oh, that hurts.

Glad to hear that you are all right, though.
