Identify this Peugeot?

Anyone know the model of this based on sight alone? I've seen a few around in this color scheme so I'm hoping it was specific to one model? It's not mine yet, I'm deciding whether to buy it, so all I have is the picture. Does it look any good? Any idea of value?
Thanks!

Thanks, Lotek. You can deny your amazing powers all you like, yet here is even further evidence; you've allowed the blind to see...
OP, how much they want for it?

Strange... Thanks Lotek for saving me there. The guy wants $100 for it, with a seatpost and seat that aren't in the picture, plus another 10 speed which he didn't have any info on but looks kinda crappy in a blurry picture. Thing is though, I live in DC where functional 10 speeds regularly fetch 100-200 on craigslist. He says he paid 160 for the Peugeot and 100 for the other bike, which is probably true knowing this city.

The pic is too small and from the wrong side to state the model with absolute authority, but based on the downtube shifters in combination with the Dia-Compe levers it should be a Bordeaux.

Yep, Bordeaux it does seem to be. By what I can find online and here, that seems to be a low mid sort of model. Any idea if it likely has steel or alloy rims? Does the magnet test work to see if rims are alloy, or does the alloy mean that they still have enough steel in them to stick a magnet?
