ever seen these bars

Came across these bars a while ago and just got around to snapping a picture, do you think these are a home creation or production?

What about these, I bought them along with the Schwinn seat sitting next to it. Same era? Are they upside down?

The top ones I have seen for sale in a BMX/Lowerider online site recently. I can try to find the link. I remember them because I thought it might be interesting to chop them into drop bars.

Agreed. I got a pair of those on a 1940 Schwinn New World. You'll probably find the manufacturer name and perhaps model name at the left end (Torrington?). And yes, they are either Major Taylor bend or something very similar.
