ISO: Dura-Ace 7400 era FD/RD, DT shifters (rear indexed, front friction), crankset/chainring/freewheel,etc. Primarily the FD/RD/Shifters, but as close to a complete group as I can get (I actually already have a Dura-Ace BB & headset on this bike).

I've got:
Campagnolo 3600/NT Gran Sport FD with front face of clamp etched out (see pic. 70's weight weenies :P), Campagnolo 1020 Nuovo Record (version 3) rear derailleur, Campagnolo 1049 Strada Nuovo Record 172.5 crankset w/52+42 chain-rings, Campagnolo 1013 Nuovo Record shifters, Campagnolo 4021, Super Record Strada Pedals WITH TITANIUM SPINDLES!!!!1!OMG, Christophe 496 toe clips, LOUSY STRAPS. And if you wanted to keep the drive train intact, I'll throw in the chain & stock 6sp freewheel (13-28) that came on the Specialized Allez Saturnae wheelset, circa 1986 (no mfg markings, as you can see below)

The idea is to swap the campy Nuovo Record (mostly, ) group for a 7400/7401/etc group. I'm not looking to swap 1 offs, so if all you want is the RD, prolly not gonna happen. No offense.

They're damned tricky to get the 13 mm nuts threaded but after that, it's micro-adjustable.

You didn't mention a wheelset. Is that part of the ISO also?

sirclicksalot 04-30-14 01:19 AM

Is that part of the ISO also?
Not necessarily. I like the Saturnae/Specialized branded hub setup (hubs are really smooth here they are on VeloBase), but if I also wouldn't mind having a complete group. But I just want an indexed rear more than anything for that bike, and since there's already Dura-Ace BB and HS, and it's period, seems to make sense. Plus, I think the 7400 series is slick as spit.

This one?

It looks like the Sakae Ringyo copy of a Simplex design.

Does anyone need a NOS Campagnolo chainring, 151 BCD, 50 teeth, 3/32? I'm not very knowledgeable about Campy stuff, but I think it's a Nuovo Record. Too lazy to post a photo right now, though I will spring into action if there's any interest.

I bought this thinking it was a 144, not a 151. I'd forgotten there was such a thing as 151. What a difference 7 mm makes.

I would entertain a variety of trades.

It's probably easier to find the right front bolt than it is to find that nut. Normally, when you swap back to front, you swap bolts, but it depends on the brake set.

I called it a "brake bolt" by mistake, I'm looking for the nut.
Oh, the longer nuts are available on ebay, but I love the "trading" thing here. The brake set I have was loctite-ed together ( by SOMEBODY ) so I'll have to wait and find a nut.

buldogge 05-03-14 09:19 PM

Walk into any LBS and they will have a drawer full of little packets with different size recessed brake nuts in them…even long ones are quite common.

I have a Huret front derailer that is missing its cage. It is low end (all steel) but in good shape. It appears that the cage was removable/adjustable, mounted to a post. There is only one adjustment screw, I assume that the cage could be adjusted for travel. Anyway, if you have a cage for this thing, I would like to have it. If you want the derailer, I would trade for an older Suntour or Shimano.http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=378238http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=378239http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=378240

I just bought a group of small parts, one of which was a Maillard/Atom skewer. I posted a picture of the whole lot in the "what came for you today?" thread. It's the middle of the five skewers in the attached image. If this looks it might possibly match, I can take better pix this evening.

D'oh! Went for one more 1/4 turn to snug up my bars in a Cinelli 1A...snap went the recessed nut.

Anyone have an extra, or a beat stem that still has its binder bolt?

Will trade something equally silly, but none the less vital, lol.
