I KNOW ... this has been a ongoing question,yes, i have done a search this site.but i'am still confused on what year i have i know its a 80-84 Nuovo racing 12 vel. due to its groupie,and the Pacco decal on the seat tube,also having a Campy frt.& rear derailers,Modolo brake levers & calipers,but i was still wondering about the #'s on the seat post lug itself ,on the LH is 452,is this meaning ,it is a 1984 of the 52nd week? or is it meaning the 45 week of 1982 ? which i'am thinking it is,being it is stamped on the RH seatpost lug 2.L THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS...P.S.WHAT DOES THE 12 VEL. STAND FOR?.THANKS AGAIN..
