Need some help to identify this bike

Hi I need some help to identify this bike.
Brakes - Bowden Sport
Gears - Sturmey Archer AF 9
Seat - Brooke
Bars - Citon with S, Maes - M kint (Depose Brevete) I belive French Registration & Tour De France - Championnat Du Monde. engraved on the top with Citon.
It has Joe Clementson who I assume was the shop owner and lightweight Speciality.
Seat post - Citan
Mud gauards - Britton Ltd
40 spoke wheels as per hub with a four crossover lacing and soldiered on the last cross.
Head Badge - SUPRA Cycles

I think it has been a class bike in it's day, but no name. S Maes and K Mint where top cyclist in the 30s and 40s and A Schotte added his name later, but. I don't if they are endorsing the bike or just the bars.
I was only given it recently and it's still a bit grubby. When I have cleaned up a bit, I will post some photos.
