Identification Help - What is this?

Picked this up off of craigslist and have no idea who makes this bike. I have posted some pics. Most of the parts are Suntour. For all I know someone might have put these stickers on. I would love to know more about this bike. Thanks for the help!

Looks like it was made by RAND. Probably one of the bike-boom bandwagon jumpers.
