Phil Wood offers BB cups threaded for ISO, Italian, Swiss, French and Raleigh. About the best price I have found on the BB inserts and cups is Lick Bike.
Yellow Jersey looks to be the best source for most French items. I just ordered a apparently NOS French headset from them. They are also offering several current stems machined to the French diameter.
With the number of old French and Raleigh frames out there I am surprised that no one is doing new parts such as headsets for them that I am aware of.
