Cable routing problem, help needed

Here is the situation. Have a bottom pull derailleur that I really want to use. The frame has no derailleur cable guide brazeons. I have a Suntour clamp on cable guide for use w/a bottom pull derailluer (has cable stop for front derailleur). However, it is pedestrian and doesn't match the clamp on Campy dt shifters. I do have a Campy clamp on derailleur cable guide, but it is for top pull front derailleur - i.e, no cable stop for front derailleur, just a cable guide groove.

There is a campy one of the these type guides, but I don't have one and they are fairly hard to come by, both in frequency and price.

So is there any way to set things up using my Campy cable guide w/the bottom pull derailleur and have everything look elegant, finished, and have it work ok?

Thanks!

I have a NOS Campy clamp-on FD cable guide for a bottom pull FD. I'm no shark. I"ll check to see if it's got the stop on it. If not, I've got a Suntour and a Shimano, both with stops, I think. I'll be back later.
