My freak of nature, Raleigh 531c frame was purchased March 1992 -- don't know how long it was in the shop. It has Gipiemme ends, and was white and yellow. The forks have no lug, or crown, or whatever it's called, there's a serial number on the bottom bracket under the plastic cable guide.

My question is: is it likely to have been built in England, Taiwan, or where?

Thanks
