It's a Corsa 0.1

Too bad it's a 52, I'm sure surfandsand would be all over it if it was close to a 60.

Corsa Extra is older, SLX tubing. The 0.1 is Dedacciai tubing drawn for Merckx.

ok, got it. is the the SLX tubing considered better than the Dedacciai? is there a list of tubes with their qualities and characteristics? that would be a good resource for people that aren't so knowledgeable about all the different steel tubes (like me).

My guess is the Deda tubing is lighter and probably "oversized". The deda frame is probably more responsive.

I'd guess that the Deda would be closer to EL - EL/OS tubing.

In blind ride tests, most people can't tell the difference.

sure looks like it could be (yet another) "varnish by Carlo Dossena" paint job...which would be the first I've seen on a Merckx.
