Kessels?

My father recently gave me his baby from back in the day and I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out a little more about it. He told me it was a kessels made for Merckx and there were only a few in the states. It has no marks because he had it repainted in 1976 so I dont know what it was badged as originally. It has a campy nr/suntour group and "maxy" crankset. The frame is extremely light with very nice lugwork. Unfortunately I dont have a picture yet. Anyone know about old kessels frames?

Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

Kessels made frames for Merckx and marketed them under the "Eddy Merckx" brand. IIRC, Kessels did the high-end "Eddy Merckx" frames and Falcon made the low-end frames.
