Does something look wrong with this frame? The angle of the head tube looks way too steep but I don't see any damage in the pictures. What do you think?

Bikes: Lynskey Meraki 12 speed Di2 Ultegra and canyon Grizl AL 7

Looks like it may be bent but you cannot ell with all the lines of the building behind it, there is a lot of optical illusion possible.

Only thing wrong I can see is the $1 current price. Look to the built up link within the auction.

I'm pretty sure that bike in the built up link is not the frame for sale. I'm pretty sure that's a forum member's bike and it looks smaller than the one for sale. Although they are both in Sweden I think. But look at that link - the head tube and the seat tube look parallel. In the eBay photo they appear to be dramatically different.

That is a tough one, could be built that way on purpose for a rider with a long torso or something? Still that would be a cop-out move on the builders part to just change the seat tube angle, I dunno... weird for sure.

The frame and fork is definitely turned in the photo and the rear end is pointed slightly away from the photographer. If you have a frame and fork with headset sitting around you could experiment taking photos to try and get the same effect (I know I would if I was thinking about buying this bike). I presume you took the seller up on their offer for more photos?

I find it odd that of the 11 "for sale" pics only one shows the drive side, and only a section of the bike at that. Further, in that single pict there is the "Bottecchia" signature on the top tube and no Columbus sticker on the down tube; on the "build up" pict, again drive side, there is no signature on the top tube and there is a Columbus sticker on the down tube.

And the seller claims "ORIGINAL PAINT AND THE ORIGINAL DECALS."

Something smells in Sweden and its not the crayfish.

EDIT 2: Ok, the seller only claims that the build link "shows a nice complete bike" and does not explicitly claim it is the same bike. I would still ask for more pics of the head tube and underside of the down tube.

LOL...I would but as my company just cut our base pay 10% for our division for the next month in addition to the 5% (probably permanent) cut that corporate had already cut it for the entire company, I won't be bidding on it. Hell I might be eating ramon nooddles and stale bread for the next couple of months. Plus it's about 2cm larger than I would want for that frame.
