Puch Meteorluxe

So on CL there's a listing for a Puch Meteorluxe step-through...It seems all original, has drop bars, and I'd love to get it, put some Albatross or Mary bars on it, basket the heck out of it and use it for a townie...

I'm guessing that since it has stem shifters, it's probably one of the cheaper bikes, but is it decent? I know that Puch made a bunch of the 60's Sears bikes, but I really know nothing about them except for that...
