...Niagara Cycle.

I recently ordered a small ($40) but important shipment and it was handled quickly and flawlessly.

I am only a happy customer - nothing more - who thinks it's important to identify and support good suppliers in these times.

If this violates BF protocol in any way, please educate me.

This is probably a coincidence, but about 1 year ago I ordered something from Niagara through Amazon, using a credit card I hadn't used in over a year. About a week later I got a call from the credit card company that someone was using my credit card at a gas station in New York State. The card was still in my wallet.

The credit card company took it off my bill after I signed an affidavit, and I never heard another word. I don't know whose fault it was, but someone was sloppy with my credit card info and it wasn't me.

An affidavit is a formal sworn statement of fact, signed by the declarant (who is called the affiant or deponent) and witnessed (as to the veracity of the affiant's signature) by a taker of oaths, such as a notary public. The name is Medieval Latin for he has declared upon oath.--Wikipedia
