Help needed with identifing an old bike

I have these two pictures of that bike, model seems to be Original Tornedo but I can't be sure in that, also google doesn't find anything connecting with that name. So I need your help, maybe you have some information what model could it be, hopefully I can go and see it next week. Probably it's made somewhere in central/western Europe. It doesn't look like a soviet bike but it's located in Estonia which is ex-USSR country.

I have identified that bike to be "Original" from G. Erenpreis factory in Riga, Latvia (well, bike is located in Tallinn, Estonia so it's only 350km from it's birthplace) built sometime from 1920 to 1940. I'm hopefully going to buy it in few days.
