Trying to find a rear rack

I'm looking for a silver rear rack (built for panniers) that has the struts integrated like the bikes below:

Those look like Jim Blackburn racks from the 80's. I have three mounted on bikes, they must still make them somewhere.

VO makes nice constructeur style racks. Nitto, Tubus, and Surly also have well designed racks. You seem to be looking for a Jim Blachburn style rack,though, which can be had fairly cheap (~$30). Which is in stark comparison to the prices of the ones I mentioned first (>$100).
