Le Velo de Mercier?

Le Velo de Mercier?
Anyone familiar with the le Velo de Mercier? I came across one that has mostly campy on it, just don't know anything about them and can't find much. Looks to be in decent shape but would definitely need to cleaned up. Any info would be good.

for starters.
You should find plenty on them if you search just for "Mercier".

Thanks for the info.
I actually saw that site (along with lots of others) before posting but it didn't help with what I was looking for...which is not for info about Mercian in general but specifically the le Velo de Mercier model. I still haven't found much about it. Not a big deal though, the one I came across was taken.

just for you Tex-s:
"le Velo de Mercier" just means "the bike from Mercier" and it isn't a model designation at all.
Mercier bikes [even the more recent ones] didn't have names but numbers, you know like 100, 200, 300 - awlright!?
If it's from the seventies or early eighties and is all Campagnolo - BUY IT for heaven's sake! It's a good one.

So what model number is this one?
By the way, this isn't the actual bike, just the closest I could find.
PS: I've had several unsolicited comments in BF about being from Texas, similar to the one above...really not sure why that is.
