Forks OK?
Ask for some better pictures of the bike squarely from the side. Look at the angle of the fork and how close the front tire is to the down tube. Is it possible that the forks are bent? Ask also to have a look at a picture of how the front wheel sits between the fork blades. It should be centered.
Hope this is a help.

And I think it's just the way the photos are shot, but the back wheel looks flat...

Worth the money even with a flat rear wheel. Frankly, for a Nervex lugged PX, that's a borderline bargin right now. A fair price; I would not part with mine for that little.

I'd pay that if I were in the market for one.
I asked a guy selling a pair of Pugs at a local swap how much, he wanted $1000 for a beaten and neglected PX 10 and a generic Mixte in equally deplorable condition. The one in the CL ad is at least in line with reality.

Late to the party, but I'll chime in. Looks pretty darn nice and I think the price is pretty low (at least when in comparison with my area).
As always it's just a photo. Should run out, see it in person, and give it a nice test ride.

I would want to make sure the derailleur hanger is in good shape.

I think I paid ~$285 for mine (having trouble remembering precisely) but this one has slightly better paint and more original parts (mine has replacement Suntour ARX derailleurs and non-original pedals.)
