Something for the historian...

Have you ever come across these? The ALANEX TRB1000. Dead stock, unsurprisingly, on Yahoo Auction in Japan.
Despite the obvious attraction of the drivetrain, personally, I'm enamored by those revolutionary forks & brake placement.
