help identify my bike

got this bike from my ex-girlfriends brother 6 years ago. it's labeled breezer on the rear drop out & can't make out all of the serial numbers on the BB. he painted over it with oven paint. The top tube is pretty steep, the frame looks like a bmx frame. it's definitely steel and the overall bike is really light. my ex's brother was a trials rider and when i got it it had magura brakes, mostly xt components. under the oven paint the original color looks to be blue/purple/green I'm getting an 80's kindof vibe from it for some reason...

if at all possible i'd like to ID this bike & try to figure out how old and where it came from & also what it's worth a vintage bike like this might be left in better hands id be happier with something more modern. let me know what info might be needed.

thanks in advance for any assistance.
