Need help identifying Cinelli track frame

Hey, Not sure if I should have posted this here or in the Track thread. This is my first post here although I have been lurking the forum for a long time.

I'm currently trying to figure out the year, model and tubing of my frame with little luck. I'd like to eventually restore it to its original condition.
I think Cinelli only made variations of a couple track models but I haven't found one with the same seat stays connection to the top tube nor with the same seat stays brace/bridge.
The serial number starts with 88 which I've read means that it was manufactured in '88. I've been told that the tubing is most likely TSX based on the appearance of the chainstays.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thank you,
KK
