Looking for info on this Hamilton?

What can you guys tell me about this bike? I can't find anything about this bike online. The only hamilton bike info I can find is about the olympic cyclist. What is the purpose of the smaller wheels on it. The whole bike is shimano 600 except for the front deraileur which is a deore and the rims are sun rims. Also looking to put a value on this as I might be selling it in the future. Matt

I think the wheels are 22 inch? Any idea what this style of bike would have been used for? The bike has no serial number so I am thinking it is handbuilt? Hope somebody knows something about this bike. Matt

One last bump up to the top to see if anyone knows anything about it. I was trying to find out what the frame is made out of and I think it might be carbin fiber? Matt

Quickest way to find out if its C/F , stick a magnet on it !

Well I did the magnet test. It sticks to the frame so not C/F. It is too light to be steal. I have no clue what else it could be. Titanium? White Metal? Matt

if a magnet sticks to the frame, it's steel. Looks like it is a nice bike. Dunno why the small wheels, maybe they just were handy.

Smaller wheels are lighter, stiffer, more aerodynamic and accelerate more quickly.
