Is this a good/authentic Miyata?

I'm looking to buy a bike to just tool around town. Is this an authentic Miyata and is it a good buy?

That looks to be a nice bike and the price isn't too bad either. It appears to have been well cared for.

It would be perfect to tooling around town. I'd buy it.

That guy in Minooka has some sharp bikes. He is way out in the boonies, but the bikes in his ads always shine.
