Identifying and old B17

I ventured into the other storage area of my condo last night, and noticed an old road bike with what looked like an weathered old B17 mounted on it. It had the familiar three holes on the top (just like my new B17), as well as the adjusting hardware on the front and the bag loops on the back. I thought I could feel the embossing on the side where mine says Brooks, but there was no tag on the center in the rear like mine. Nor were there any holes where there would have been if it had one at one point. Could this be an old Brooks? It looked cool whatever it was.

My old Brooks of about 70' has no name plate on the rear. The only I.D. is on the side of the saddle and in now mostly worn away. I don't know that mine is a B-17. I paid $40 for it which was a lot of money in 70'

It could be modified or it could be standard.

I have a Competition Standard B17 with no name plate.

Late '70s Brooks that I got new back then. "Brooks" name is fading out on the rear name plate. I have another one from the late '50s with the "Brooks" name cast in raised letters. Thinking about attaching that one at some point.

Bikes: Too many to list, all titanium or steel.

I have an old 1970's B15 that I bought last year didn't come with a tag on the back. So evidently they did make saddles without the famous Brooks tag. Here is a picture from the side (I never took one from the back because it didn't have a tag there).
