Admittedly, they are pretty obscure. Most folks won't have heard of Ralph Carnevale. There was one for sale here in Evanston IL off-and-on for several years. I believe they are essentially re-badged Medici Pro-Strada frames.
He's still around, retired somewhere in the Southeast (SC?), selling stuff occasionally on eBay (rjcarnevale?) and leather bar wrap and other bits at Home

I simply don't know enough to say it's real and the internal cabling looks unsightly. Anyone know if the BB of a Casati has the same cut outs as shown in picture 2? If it's real is a nice price...
