What in the heck is this?

Has anyone here seen this before? This wheel is off of a Fuji Tivoli I just picked up. Ultra Schraeder!

Yeah, it twists right off to reveal the presta value underneath.

Nice catch on those two bikes, BTW. :)

Thanks, i'm still buzzing about them. I am going to combine the best of both into a decent city bike.

Is that inner tube for a super-ultra-mega deep vee rim, or what? I'd be worried about the wind blowing it into the freewheel. Better put some guy wires on that sucker.
