it's a rene herse custom crank. I'm afraid your going to have a very hard (and expensive) time finding it. You might want to look into the TA cyclotouriste, sugino px, and other similar cranks.

Thanks Andy. I just picked up a Stronglight, but she prefers the curves on the Herse...
