I searched but can't find it. I don't want to get defrauded and somebody mentioned a site that creates a one time CC# to prevent fraud. Or did I just dream that. Much thanks!

Any BofA affiliated Visa/Matercard. That's what I use - I just go to my BofA online account and generate a one time use number. Google "shopsafe".

Tektro has been making me happy and safe in the brake department lately. Great prices and solid, attractive gear. Can't say how well it'll all hold up, but I've got stuff a few years old that's doing perfectly.

Discover card has it. I started using the feature this week, after getting the Nashbar letter informed me that their data base, and my card info, had been hacked.
I'm not a fan of PayPal, although I've used them. But come to think of it, I've had a merchant dispute that PayPal handled, and a fraud case that Discover dealt with. Both companies handled it slowly and poorly.
