what is the tire /rim size of a silverking? 24" or 26"?

The ones Ive seen (aluminum frame) were 24. Not sure about the hex tube. Probably same. Monark ressurected the name later down the road but these bikes were steel and had 26s.

Nostalgic net has a large picture data base. Old Roads is also a good fat tire resorce.
