this pic:

indicates that the bike has been layed down in a crash at some point - which should be disclosed to potential buyers, and possibly affect the pricing.

that doesnt make sense to me, because when i slid it into my wagon, the brakes hit that spot and another small chip of pretty blue paint came off

...also indicates that the right-hand shifter mounting screw is not original and incorrect, both in appearance and functionality.

The paint damage could have resulted from laying it down in a car repeatedly for transit, or from a light crash / slideout since there does not appear to be a ding or dent there. When you put it in your wagon, you should remove the front wheel first, then lay it down drivetrain side up.
