It was pretty clean when I got it. All I did was degrease, wash, wax and re-lube. It's too small for me, but I bought it for Mrs. Books and it fits her, fine. I did ride it down the street and it was pretty sweet. I think the chrome forks look cool. There is no place in the down or seat tubes to mount a water bottle cage. There was a cage clamped around the down tube, but I took it off as it looked terrible.
All-in-all, it should serve its purpose as a fun bike for my wife to knock around with.
Anyone who has any insight into the bike, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
