I've got a Exage Mountain Thumb shifter that won' stay put. I am not sure if it is the front Der. or the shifter. Any thoughts? Does mean the shifter is just worn out or is there an adjustment I am missing?

Tighten the screw on the center of the shifter under the cap. Should solve your problem. Roger
