A local C & V Mechanic in LA

I was wondering if there was a local C&V mechanic in the los angeles area, someone from the board, someone who understands vintage bikes. I love when i see some of these bikes in the before and after thread and just think that i would never buy a new bike, i wish i could send my classics to a few of you guys and just tell you, i want mine to look like those, some of those were outstanding!

i dont have many, just a few projects that i want to put together, some bikes were started and half finished. Anyways, i was thinking in this economy when i was laid off, i had plenty of time and would of done it for extra cash. I ve taken my bike to a few bike shops and i dont think they get it. They can only think of composite materials and exotic metals.

thought this would be a good way to give back to the board, besides donating my pristine cinelli

Hey, sounds like a good opportunity. I'll do it for free if you move to NJ. Or you can just ship me the Cinelli.

Their maintenance costs are reasonable as well. Local Tampa shops charge $200-300 to do what they charge $150 for.
